“From the very initial conversation with Sydney Harris my takeaway started off with a sense of hope, coming from a place of employment separation and a sense of hopelessness. While still battling the onslaught of a global pandemic and being unemployed not by choice. That degree of hope, was vitally important to me, in representative of my own mental wellbeing and my sense of hopelessness. She navigated the terrains of my own experience of being separated from my employer, and immediately for the first time, since separated gave me the ability and the fortitude to believe, I had a chance to be heard, but it did not stop there, being heard was vital, but being represented was the goal.”
